My name is Benj Fried, and I am a licensed private professional fiduciary serving clients throughout San Diego, Orange County, and Palm Springs. I bring extensive experience in administering trusts and probates, serving as power of attorney, and acting as a trust protector. I am committed to providing exceptional care and highly personalized service, always tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

As an ordained rabbi, I approach my work with compassion, understanding, and respect. I recognize that fiduciary matters often involve not only legal and financial considerations, but also deeply personal and emotional ones. My goal is to offer guidance that is both professional and humane, delivering speedy, excellent care while ensuring clients feel supported, heard, and understood.

I am here to support you every step of the way. By managing the complexities of your financial and fiduciary affairs with diligence and integrity, I help create stability and peace of mind—allowing you and your family to focus on what truly matters.

I provide professional trust administration and trustee services, serving during a person’s lifetime or after they have passed. I manage assets, pay taxes, handle required responsibilities, and ensure the trust is administered according to its terms.

As a power of attorney, I serve as a trusted representative, empowered to make important financial and legal decisions on behalf of people who are unable to do so. My role includes managing assets, handling financial transactions, making healthcare decisions, and ensuring that your wishes are honored in various situations.

In cases where individuals pass away intestate (without a will or Trust), I serve as Executor or Administrator of their probate. As the court appointed agent on their behalf, I marshal their assets, pay off creditors and tax obligations, and then distribute assets to their heirs.

I serve as Trust Protector of Trusts to provide accountability and assurance that Trustees are abiding by ethical standards and upholding the intent of the Trustors and working in the best interests of their beneficiaries.

I serve as Trustee of Special Needs Trusts by managing and safeguarding Trust asssets to enhance the benficiary's quality of life while preserving eligibility for public benefits. I work closely with families, professionals, and service providers to ensure funds are used responsibly, compassionately, and in the beneficiary's best interests.

I serve as payee for cleints receiving Social Security and other public benefits complying with the government's applicable regulations as to accounting and management of those funds.
